| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨胸腺肽在重型颅脑损伤中的疗效。方法 对 1998- 0 2～ 2 0 0 0 - 0 9收治的 80例重型颅脑损伤患者入院及术后应用胸腺肽 ,观察其疗效并与同期对照组相比较。结果 应用胸腺肽后重型颅脑损伤肺部感染率降至 11.2 5 % ,致残率降至 16 .2 5 % ,死亡率降至 5 .0 0 %。结论 胸腺肽能够提高重型颅脑损伤患者免疫力 ,促进外伤后肝功能损伤愈合 ,能预防和治疗肺部感染

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical effects of thymus polypeptide(TP) on the treatment of severe cerebral injury.Methods TP was applied to treat 80 patients with severe cerebral injury,from Feb.1998 to Sept.2000,and the therapeutic effects were evaluated.Results Compared with the control group,the rates of lung infection,disability,and mortality were 11.25%,16.25% and 5% respectively.Conclusion TP has the good therapeutic effects to enhance the immune function,accelerate the recovery of liver injury,prevent and treat lung infection. |
