高龄患者胰头十二指肠切除术后并发症的防治探讨

目的探讨减少高龄患者胰头十二指肠切除术后并发症措施。方法对我院2007年7月至2009年7月施行胰头十二指肠切除术的20例高龄患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果20例患者共出现术后并发症4例次（20％），其中胃瘫2例次（10％），上消化道出血1例次（5％），切口脂肪液化1例次。所有患者均顺利完成手术，术后恢复良好。结论通过围手术期的精心准备、精细操作和管理，可以有效减少老年患者术后并发症，安全地施行胰头十二指肠切除术。

Prevention of the Complications in Senile Patients after Pancreaticodudenectomy

Objective To discuss the measures in decreasing the complication occurrence in senile patients after pancreaticodudenectomy.
