农村儿童口腔颌面创伤926例临床分析

目的：探讨农村儿童口腔颌面创伤的发病特点。方法：对926名农村儿童口腔颌面创伤患者的性别、年龄、致伤原因以及创伤的类型、部位、时间进行临床分析。结果：男性患者与女性患者的比例为1．48：1；4岁以下年龄组患者人数所占比例明显高于4岁以上年龄组；摔伤在所有致伤原因中的比例达67．82％；软组织创伤和和牙外伤在所有创伤类型中的比例分别达到61．45％和30．65％；816个软组织创伤部位中唇颏部和颊面部分别达到30．39％和22．79％；夏季创伤的发病比例高于其他季节。结论：农村儿童口腔颌面创伤的发生与性别、年龄、季节有一定关系，摔伤是主要的致伤原因；软组织创伤和牙外伤较为常见；创伤多见于唇、颏和颊部。

A Clinical Study of 926 Cases of Oral and Maxillofacial Trauma in Rural Children

Objective: To study the clinical characteristic of oral and maxillofacial trauma in rural children. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 926 rural children with oral and maxillofacial trauma was conducted, and the sex, age, cause, type, site and time of injury were reviewed. Results: The male and female ratio in the patients was 1.48:1; the patient proportion of groups younger than 4 years old was obviously higher than groups older than 4 years old; fall occupied 67.82% among all the causes; the percent of soft tissue trauma and teeth trauma in the types of trauma were 61.45 and 30.65%; the percent of trauma in lip and chin, cheek were 30.39% and 22.79% in 816 soft tissue trauma sites; in summer the incident of trauma was higher than other seasons. Conclusions: The occurring of oral and maxillofacial trauma in rural children has relationship with sex, age and season, fall is the major cause of injury; soft tissue trauma and teeth trauma are common; lip and chin, cheek are the most commonly injured sites.
