| 摘 要： | 目的：观察肾性骨病的动物模型及中药复方治疗肾性骨病的疗效。方法：复制慢性肾功能衰竭大鼠模型，观察其骨代谢异常发生的时间，观察中药复方对肾性骨病的治疗作用。结果：慢性肾衰大鼠在第8周末出现钙、磷代谢异常。中药复方能够通过整体作用延缓骨病的发生和发展。结论：中药复方对于肾性骨病有防治作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe animal models of renal steodystrophy and the curative effect of Chinese herbs decoction against renal steodystrophy. Methods: duplicating rat models of chronic renal failure, observing the time of its bone metabolizing disorder taking place and the curative effect of Chinese herbs decoction against renal steodystrophy. Results: rats of chronic renal failure had metabolizing disorder of calcium (Ca) and phosphorus (P) at the 8th week, and the Chinese herbs decoction could retard the occurring and developing of steodystrophy.. Conclusion: Chinese herbs decoction provides prevention and cure against renal steodystrophy. |
