| 摘 要： | 目的提高重症肌无力合并胸腺增生或胸腺瘤患者手术的安全性和治愈率,总结其临床经验。方法回顾性分析1999年3月至2008年7月我院12例重症肌无力胸腺扩大切除术的病例资料,对围手术期处理进行总结。结果12例患者术后无死亡,其中9例术后无并发症发生。3例发生肌无力危象,给呼吸机辅助呼吸4～6天安全脱机并出院。结论加强重症肌无力合并胸腺增生或者胸腺瘤患者围术期关键环节的管理,可以提高手术的安全性和预后效果,减少肌无力危象的发生率和病死率。

| Abstract: | Objective To enhance the operation security and the cure rate of the myasthenia gravis patients with thymoma or thymus hyperplasia, and to sum up the clinical experience.Methods Analyzing 12 clinical cases of patients with myasthenia gravis who had undergone extended thymus resection in our hospital from March 1999 to July 2008 retrospectively and summing up the preoperative management of such cases.Results There were 12 cases of patients with no deaths, of which 9 patients without complications.
