| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨急性硬膜下血肿急救方法.[方法] 对脑疝的急性硬膜下血肿59例采用常规长规处理,开颅手术,脱水降颅压、止血,预防感染,营养支持等常规治疗的基础上予以亚低温治疗.{结果}59例患者根据GCS评分,良好21例,中残12例,重残8例,植物生存3例,死亡15例.其中有3例死于术后DIC.[结论] 对急性硬膜下血肿的抢救,争取时间尽快手术是抢救成功的关键之一,手术中的急性脑膨出,也是影响预后的关键因素之一.

| Abstract: | [Objective]To explore first aid to acute subdural hematoma of cerebral hemia. [Method] Administer routine treatment, opening skull, dehydrating to reduce pressure, stopping blood, preventing infection and nutrition support to 59 cases; then sub-low-temperature therapy is taken on the basis above. [Result] Scoring by GCS, 21 were good, 12 were moderately handicapped, 8 severely handicapped, 3 lived as plant, 15 dead; among which, 3 died after DIC.
