后鼻孔息肉鼻内镜手术的护理

目的 :对后鼻孔息肉鼻内镜手术 (FESS) ,手术前后护理 ,并发症的观察及护理进行探讨 ,预防和避免并发症的发生 ,以保证治疗效果 ,提高治愈率。方法 :本组 2 9例后鼻孔息肉中源于上颌窦者 2 4例 ,蝶窦者 3例 ,中鼻甲及鼻中隔者各 1例 ,均经鼻内镜手术。术前做好心理护理 ,术中积极配合 ,术后做好基础护理及并发症的观察。结果 :治愈率达 93.10 % ,总有效率达 10 0 %。上述病人术中均未出现严重并发症。结论 :后鼻孔息肉可源发于上颌窦、蝶窦、中鼻甲及鼻中隔等多部位 ,鼻内镜手术可列为治疗后鼻孔息肉的首选方法。围手术期护理是提高手术质量 ,减少术后并发症的关键

Nursing of FESS of choanal polyp

Objective: To explore preoperative and postoperative nursing of FESS of choanal polyp, observation and nursing of complications and prevent and avoid complications so as to ensure therapeutic effect and raise cure rate. Method: 29 choanal polyp cases,among whom 24 were from the maxillary sinus, 3 from the sphenoidal sinus, 1 from the middle nasal concha and the nasal septum each, all received intranasal operation. It was necessary to conduct psychological nursing before operation, active cooperation during operation, primary nursing and observation of complications after operation. Result: The cure rate was up to 93.10% and the total effective rate was up to 100%. No severe complications were present among the above cases. Conclusion: The choanal polyp may originate in the maxillary sinus, sphenoidal sinus, middle nasal concha, nasal septum and other parts, FESS is the first choice in treating it. Perioperative nursing is the key to raising operation quality and reducing complications.
