CT-scan revealed large well-defined encapsulated multicystic lesions in the left submandibular gland. FNAC was suggestive of aspirate to be ectopic to that area. Excision biopsy was done. HPE showed features suggestive of parasitic infestation along with chronic sialadenitis.
