| 摘 要： | 目的：分析研究半边旗挥发油的主要化学成分。方法：采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取半边旗挥发油采用气相色谱-质谱计算机登用技术（GC-MS）分析鉴定。结果：从半边旗挥发油中分离了35种化学成分，鉴定了其中的30个化学成分，占挥发油总量的97.35％。结论：半边旗的主要化学成分是：3-甲氧基-1，2-丙二醇，3-己烯-1-醇，1-正己醇．4-羟基-2-丁酮,3-甲基-1-戊醇，为进一步开发利用半边旗的药用资源提供科学依据。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the chemical constituents of volatile oil from Pteris semipinnata L..Methods:Volatile oil was obtained by steam distillation. The chemical constituents were separated and identified by GC-MS. The relative contents of volatile oil were calculated with area normalization.Results:30 chemical constituents were identified representing 97.35% of the volatile oil.Conclusion:The abundant chemical constituents are 3-methoxy-1,2-propanediol, 3-hexen-1-ol , 1-hexanol, 4-hydroxy-2-butanone, 3-methyl pentanol. |
