| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨降低食管癌、贲门癌切除术后吻合口瘘及狭窄发生率的手术方法。方法 :对 12 0例病人采用食管胃后壁两定点前壁Gambee氏吻合法 ,并与同期采用传统双层包套式吻合法的 88例相比较。结果 :本组无吻合口瘘及狭窄发生 ,而传统吻合法颈部瘘发生率 7.4 % ( 4 / 54) ,胸内瘘发生率为 5.9% ( 2 / 34 )。吻合口狭窄 10例。结论 :食管胃后壁两定点前壁Gambee氏吻合法是一种操作简便 ,易于掌握 ,能有效防止吻合口瘘及狭窄的吻合方法 ,值得推广应用
