Survivin在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

目的探讨Survivin在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法，检测45例胃癌和20例癌旁组织中Survivin的表达水平。结果Survivin在胃癌组织中的表达率为71.1％（32／45），明显高于在癌旁组织中的表达率（4.4％），差异有显著性（P〈0.01）。Survivin的表达与肿瘤的分化程度、浆膜侵犯、淋巴结转移密切相关（P〈0.05），高分化癌明显高于中、低分化癌（P〈0.05），有淋巴结转移癌明显高于无淋巴结转移癌（P〈0.05）；Survivin的表达与性别、年龄、肿瘤大小等因素无关（P〉0.05）。结论Survivin通过抑制胃癌细胞凋亡，对胃癌的发生，发展起重要作用，Survivin表达阳性的胃癌有较强的侵袭性和预后不良。

Expression and Clinical Significance of Survivin in Gastric Carcinoma

Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of Survivin in gastric carci- noma. Methods Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the Survivin protein in 45 gastric carcinoma samples and 20 adjacent tissues. Results The positive rate of Survivin in gastric carcinoma Samples [71.1% （32/45）] was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues [4.4%] （P〈0.01）. The expression of Survivin was significantly related with the tumor differentiation,the serosal invasion and lymph node metastasis （P〉0.05） , and it was not related with sex, age and the size of tumor （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Survivin plays an important rloe in the development and progression of gastric carcinoma. The gastric Carcinoma with Survivin positive expression has stronger invasive ability and poor prognosis.
