甲状腺激素与胰岛素样生长因子—1在衰老中的研究

目的：观察增龄对血清甲状腺激素（ＴＨ）及胰岛素样生长－１（ＩＧＦ－１）的影响及用小剂量ＴＨ治疗健康老人，观察其血清ＴＨ及ＩＧＦ－１水平的变化。方法：把不同年龄的成年人分为青壮年组、老年前组及老年组，分别检测其ＴＨ、ＩＧＦ－１、肝功能及心电图。并对老年组用小剂量ＴＨ治疗。每天服甲状腺片１０ｍｇ，连服６个月，分别于第３和第６个月后再复查以上检测指标，同时观察有关衰老症状的变化及药物的毒副作用。结果：老

THE STUDY OF CHANGES OF THYROID HORMONE AND IGF-1 IN ELDER PERSONS DUR ING AGING

Objective:To get the information about the changes of thyroid hormone(TH) and IGF1 in the serum with aging,and the changes of the TH and IGF1 in elder persons treated by small dose of THMethods:adults in different age were divided into young robust group,presenium group and senium groupTH,IGF1,liver function and ECG were measured,respectivelyThe senium group:taking thyroid tablete 10 mg per day for 6 months,and in the third and sixth months of treatments,they were reexaminedWe also observed the changes about aging symptoms and side effects of the drugsResults:TT 3,TT 4,FT 3,FT 4,IGF1 of the senium group were remarkably lower than that of the young robust group(P<005)TT 3,FT 3,FT 4,IGF1 of senium group and presenium group were greatly decreased compared with presenium group and young robust group,separatety (P<005),but,the changes of TT 4 was not distinctAfter treatments in senium group,TT 3,FT 3,FT 4 and IGF1 significantly were elevated and that of the 6 months was much higher than that of the 3 months,The levels were close to the that of presenium groupThe aging symptoms in the old persons were improved in various degreesThe side effects of the drugs were not reportedConclusion:The TH and IGF1 decrease gradually with aging,Taking small dose of TH can improve aging symptoms and increase the levels of TH and IGF1 in the serum of the aged
