摘    要:目的探讨辨证施护健康教育路径在腰椎间盘突出症患者中的作用。方法将160例腰椎间盘突出症住院患者随机分为观察组80例和对照组80例,对照组采用传统健康教育方法,观察组采用辨证施护健康教育路径,比较2种方法的临床应用效果。结果观察组的健康知识教育效果、健康行为效果和满意度均高于对照组(P〈0.01)。结论辨证施护健康教育路径能促进患者及家属对疾病知识的掌握,提高针对腰椎间盘突出症患者的健康教育效果和满意度。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of health education path of dialectic nursing in lumbar disk protrusion. Methods 160 inpatients with lumbar disk protrusion were randomly divided into observation group (80 cases) and control group (80 cases). The patients in control group Were given conventional health education; those in observation group were given health education path of dialectic nursing, The effect of two groups was compared. Results The effect of health knowledge and health behavior as well as the satisfaction degree of observation group was significantly better than that of control group (P 〈 0. 01). Conclusions In the patients with lumbar disk protrusion, health education path of dialectic nursing can promote them and their family members to grasp the knowledge of ailment, and improve their health education effect and satisfaction degree.
