摘    要:目的研究三七皂甙对烫伤小鼠白细胞介导的防御系统功能的作用.方法采用昆明种小鼠60只,随机分为正常对照组、单烫组和治疗组.观测腹腔中性粒细胞(PMN)吞噬杀菌功能、产生超氧阴离子能力、NO的产生分泌情况和淋巴细胞(LC)增殖反应.结果单烫组小鼠PMN吞噬功能和超氧阴离子的产生能力显著低于正常组,三七皂甙对其均有显著的提高作用(P<0.05).单烫组PMN产生NO的量显著高于正常组小鼠(P<0.05),三七皂甙对PMN产生NO的量有显著的降低作用.单烫组小鼠LC增殖功能显著低于正常组,三七皂甙治疗组小鼠LC增殖功能明显提高(P<0.05).结论严重烫伤后PMN介导的防御系统功能紊乱,三七皂甙对紊乱的白细胞介导的防御系统功能有显著的调理作用.

Abstract:Objective To study the roles of panax pseudoginseng wall saponins on the defensive function induced by leukocytes in scalded mice. Methods Sixty Kunming mice were employed in the study and were randomly divided into normal control (N), simple scalding (S), and treatment (T) groups. The effects of panax pseudoginseng wall saponins were investigated by determining the bactericidal function, the production of superoxide anion, and the secretion of nitric oxide of intraperitoneal polymorphonuclear leucocytes (PMNs) and the proliferation reaction of lymphocytes. Results The production of superoxide anion and the phagocytic function of PMNs from the mice in S group were much lower than those in N group, while those in T group were much higher (P<0.05). The nitric oxide (NO) production from PMNs in S group was much higher than that in N group (P<0.05), but that in T group decreased significantly (P<0.05). In addition, the proliferation potential of lymphocytes in S group was evidently lower than that in N group, and that in T group increased markedly (P<0.05). Conclusion There is severe postburn derangement in the defensive function induced by leukocytes, which could be well modulated by panax pseudoginseng wall saponins.
