女性性观念及其影响因素的调查分析

目的:了解女性性观念状况及其影响因素,以便更好地开展女性性咨询、性治疗和性教育工作,以提高婚姻质量、促进生活的美满幸福。方法:通过问卷形式对2175名已婚女性进行性观念状况及相关因素的调查, 并进行统计学处理。结果:主动要求过性生活的比例占性生活的50%及以上的仅有11.5%,有12.6%的人从未主动要求过性生活;性生活的目的多为“增进夫妻感情”和“满足生理、心理需要”;有66.1%的人在男方要求过性生活时“多数配合”或“每次都配合”;绝大多数认为性生活的和谐与否对夫妻感情有影响。年龄、职业、文化程度、夫妻感情、性功能、性满意度均是影响性观念的因素。结论:多数女性具有正确的性观念和性态度,但有相当一部分人的性观念还很落后,因此,应大力开展性教育工作。

Investigation and analysis of women's sexual concepts and its affecting factors

Objective:To investigate the female's sexual concepts and its affected factors, in order to perform the female ' s sexual consultation, treatment and education, to improve the marriage quality. Method: Sexual concepts and related factors questionnaire were used in 2175 married females, analyses the results by statistics. Result: There is 11.5% females whose rate of active request of sexual life beyond 50% , and 12.6% females who never request actively in sexual life. The purpose of most female s sexual life was "promote the husband and wife s affections and 'satisfies the demands in physiology and mentality". There is 66.1% females "Cooperation many times" or "Cooperation every time" when the males requested sexual life. The most females think the quality of sexual life have the influence on affections between husband and wife. The age,occupation, culture degree, husband and wife's affections, sexual function and sexual quality are related factors to sexual concepts. Conclusion: Most females have the right concepts about the sexual life, but the part sexual concepts of female is limit. Therefore, we should perform the sexual education.
