孕激素疗法与雌孕激素联合疗法治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血的疗效比较

摘    要:目的:探讨雌孕激素联合疗法与孕激素疗法对青春期功能失调性子宫出血(功血)的治疗效果。方法:将2008~2009年该院57例青春期功血患者随机分为对照组(27例)和实验组(30例),对照组采用孕激素疗法,实验组采用雌孕激素联合疗法,观察两组患者的控制出血时间、完全止血时间及不良反应。结果:实验组的出血控制和出血停止时间均明显小于对照组,实验组的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:雌孕激素联合疗法治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血简单方便、效果显著、安全性好、副作用少,值得在临床上广泛应用。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of the combined oral contraceptives and progestin in the treatment of puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods:57 patients in a hospital with puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into the control group (n=27) and the experimental group (n=30).The experimental group was treated with estrogen and progesterone combined oral contraceptives,and the control group was treated with single progestin.Compared bleeding control time,bleeding stop time and the complications between two groups.Results:The bleeding control time and bleeding stop time in the experimental group were less than that in the control group,the incidence rate of the complications in the experimental group were less than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Estrogen and progesterone combined oral contraceptives is a simple,convenient,effective and safe treatment on puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding.It should be promoted in clinical.
