| 摘 要： | 目的:了解大连市2003~2007年集体儿童健康状况,为提高其保健服务水平提供科学依据。方法:采用《辽宁省集居儿童健康状况年报表》进行调查,使用SPSS 10.0软件对调查结果进行统计分析。结果:儿童肥胖患病率呈上升趋势,城市高于农村;低体重、消瘦患病率波动性下降,农村高于城市;发育迟缓患病率略有升高,农村高于城市;贫血患病率呈下降趋势,农村高于城市;龋齿患病率波动性下降,农村高于城市。结论:大连市集体儿童健康状况良好,需加强农村地区儿童保健服务。
