高频彩超对乳腺小肿块的诊断价值

目的:探讨高频彩超对乳腺小肿块(直径≤20 mm)的声像图特征及其诊断价值。方法:对经手术病理结果证实的76例患者乳腺小肿块的二维超声图像与彩色多普勒血流特点进行回顾性分析。结果:良性小肿块大多边缘光滑,内部均匀低回声,后方无衰减,纵横比<1,血流分级多为0～Ⅰ级,RI值<0.70。恶性小肿块大多边缘毛糙,内部不均质低回声,微钙化,部分后方回声衰减,纵横比>1,血流分级多为Ⅱ～Ⅲ级,RI值>0.70,部分同侧腋窝淋巴结肿大。良性小肿块和恶性小肿块在边缘毛糙、微钙化、纵横比、血流分级和RI值>0.70等方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高频彩超对乳腺小肿块的良恶性的鉴别诊断有较高价值。

The diagnosis value of high frequency ultrasonographic for small breast tumors

Objective:To study the ultrasonic features and diagnostic value of high frequency ultrasonographic to the small breast tumors(diameter less than 20mm).
