| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨宫腔镜与腹腔镜联合治疗宫角妊娠的临床疗效。方法:该院2005~2008年收治的宫角妊娠患者86例,随机分为观察组和对照组。两组患者经相应检查后,观察组在宫腔镜和腹腔镜联合下行手术治疗方案,而对照组则仅在B超监测下行刮宫术,对于出血过多或怀疑宫角破裂者即改行开腹手术治疗,并对两组患者的临床治疗效果等相关指标进行比较分析。结果:与对照组相比,观察组手术成功的比例显著提高,而并发症发生的比例则显著降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的术中出血量和HCG下降时间均显著降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的手术时间和术后住院天数均显著减少,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。讨论:采用宫腔镜与腹腔镜联合治疗宫角妊娠,其疗效确切,效果显著,在达到理想治疗效果的同时也大大减少了对患者的伤害,值得进一步的临床推广和应用。
