癫痫儿童的心理障碍特点

目的:探讨癫痫患儿的认知功能及行为特点。方法:对48例癫痫患儿及50例健康学龄儿童进行韦氏儿童智力量表(W ISC-CR)、注意力测验(划消测验CPT)、儿童行为量表(CBCL)测验,比较两组间各项心理行为指标的差异。结果:癫痫组FIQ、VIQ及PIQ均较对照组显著减低(P0.01);癫痫组儿童在交往不良、抑郁、多动、攻击性、强迫性、分裂样、体诉、社交退缩、违纪等行为问题9个因子分数均明显高于对照组儿童(P0.05);两组CPT得分也明显不同,癫痫组正确数低于对照组,而CPT错误率高于对照组(P0.01)。结论:癫痫患儿存在明显的认知损害和行为异常,而认知功能中的注意力障碍则需给予特别的关注。

Study on psychological disturbance in children with epilepsy

Objective:To study the changes on cognition and behavior of the children with epilepsyMethods:Assay the cognition and behavioral scores on 48 epilepsy-suffered children and 50 normal children with Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children(WISC);Continuous Performance Test(CPT) and Child Behavior Checklist(CBCL),then analyzed the changes on intelligence,attention and behavior of epilepsy-suffered children by the assayed scores.Results:The scores of the ability in full-scale intelligence quotient,vocabulary intelligence quotient,performance intelligence quotient on epilepsy-suffered children were all significantly lower than on the normal children(P<0.01);The scores of behavior problem were all significantly higher than that on the normal children(P<0.05);The scores of CPT were significantly difference between two groups(P<0.01,respectively).The correct number of Epileptic children were lower than normal children,and the Err Percent were higher.Conclusion:The ability of cognition in epilepsy-suffered children is worse,who are apt to appear behavioral disorder.And the attention deficit in these patients is necessary to explore.
