| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨近距离的视频终端治疗(视知觉训练)是否影响近视性弱视儿童的近视度增长。方法:将99例(180眼)近视性弱视儿童随机分为视知觉疗法组和传统疗法组,视知觉疗法组54例(98眼),传统疗法组45例(82眼)。观察两组弱视儿童治疗前后的视力和近视屈光度变化。结果:①两组近视性弱视儿童治疗前后视力均有提升,视知觉疗法组疗效优于传统疗法组(P<0.05);②两组弱视儿童治疗前后的球镜、柱镜和等效球镜年均增长差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);③两组不同疗效的弱视眼屈光度变化均无统计学差异(P>0.05),视知觉组弱视儿童球镜和等效球镜增长呈现出从无效到治愈逐渐降低的趋势,传统疗法组屈光度变化无规律。结论:视知觉疗法不仅疗效优于传统疗法,而且近距离的视频终端治疗对弱视眼的近视化进程无影响,视知觉疗法是一种值得推荐的儿童近视性弱视疗法。
