96例子宫内膜癌绝经前后临床病理特征分析

目的:探讨绝经与未绝经子宫内膜癌患者的临床与病理特点。方法:回顾性分析该院经手术病理确诊的子宫内膜癌患者的临床资料。结果:绝经组平均发病年龄(58.98±6.98)岁,未绝经组平均发病年龄(45.89±7.60)岁。未绝经组患者44例(45.8%),有年轻化趋势。两组合并高血压病、肥胖、不孕相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在手术-病理分期、病理类型、病理分级、肌层浸润深度方面比较,二组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:绝经后患者合并高血压病多见,未绝经患者合并肥胖、不孕多见。子宫内膜癌在手术-病理分期、病理分级、病理类型、肌层浸润深度与是否绝经无关。

Analysis on clinicopathological features of 96 cases with endometrial carcinoma before and after menopause

Objective:To explore the clinical and pathological characteristics of patients with endometrial carcinoma before and after menopause. Methods:The clinical data of patients with endometrial carcinoma who were treated with surgery and diagnosed definitely by pathological examination were analyzed retrospectively. Results:The average onset ages of menopause group and non-menopause group were(58.98±6.98) years and(45.89±7.60) years,respectively;44 patients were included in non-menopause group,accounting for 45.8%,showing younger trend;there was significant difference in incidences of hypertension,obesity and infertility between the two groups(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in surgical-pathological stages,pathological types,pathological grades and depth of myometrial invasion between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion:The common complication of postmenopausal women is hypertension,while the common complications of premenopausal women are obesity and infertility;menopause or not is not related to surgical-pathological stages,pathological types,pathological grades and depth of myometrial invasion among the patients with endometrial carcinoma.
