| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及受体-1(sFlt-1)在正常妊娠及子痫前期孕妇血清中水平与妊娠结局的关系。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法测定30例子痫前期患者(其中轻度11例,重度19例)的外周血(静脉血)VEGF、sFlt-1,并与30例正常孕妇作对照。结果:子痫前期孕妇血清中VEGF水平比正常对照组低,sFlt-1水平比正常对照组高(P<0.01),重度子痫前期孕妇血清中VEGF水平比轻度低,sFit-1水平比轻度高(P<0.05)。比较子痫前期孕妇与正常孕妇的妊娠结局,两者在分娩孕周、宫高、腹围、胎儿双顶径、新生儿体重1 min Apgar评分、羊水Ⅱ~Ⅲ污染度、胎盘重量均存在差异。结论:子痫前期患者血清中VEGF、silt-1水平的改变会引起内皮细胞激活和损伤,从而导致高血压、蛋白尿等临床症状,并对围产儿的结局有一定影响。
