| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨恩度抑制异位内膜生长的作用及机制,为恩度用于临床治疗子宫内膜异位症提供理论依据。方法:采用腹腔种植的方法建立子宫内膜异位症裸鼠模型。造模3周后,随机分为恩度组与对照组,每组15只。用恩度腹腔给药治疗,疗程结束后观察异位内膜的变化情况,并取血清、腹腔液分别检测VEGF、TNF-α的水平。结果:恩度组的细胞因子水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05),内膜腺体见萎缩。结论:恩度可以明显抑制VEGF水平,进而抑制异位内膜的血管生长,达到治疗EMS的目的。
