电离辐射与月经失调的关系研究

目的:探讨电离辐射与月经失调之间的关系,为指导经期保健工作提供科学依据。方法:随机抽取在益阳医学高等专科学校就读的三年级护理专业女学生1 200人,对其进行月经健康问卷调查,了解女学生日常手机、电脑、电话等使用情况,分析电离辐射与月经失调之间的关系。结果:1 200人中,月经失调者376人,患病率为31.33%,其中周期紊乱占50.25%,痛经占32.45%,功血占12.36%,继发性闭经占4.94%。经常使用手机、电脑等在月经失调者中所占的比例明显高于在月经正常者中所占的比例,二者差异有统计学意义(P(0.01)。结论:电离辐射对月经有明显的影响,应采取适当防护措施,避免导致月经失调。
