少数民族地区老年妇女健康状况调查

目的:了解少数民族地区老年妇女的健康状况,为制定干预策略和防治措施提供科学依据。方法:采用横断面调查方法,以问卷方式调查云南省曲靖市罗平县95名60岁及其以上老年妇女的基本状况(主要包括年龄、文化程度、配偶情况等),生活状况(主要包括与谁同住、受照料情况、吸烟与饮酒情况、锻炼身体情况等),身体状况(主要包括血糖、体重、过去两年患重病情况、现在患有疾病情况等)。结果:调查发现老年妇女的丧偶率为27.4%,52.6%为文盲,52.6%的老年妇女60岁前主要以务农为生,15.8%每天完全无人照料,9.5%独居,26.3%的老年妇女完全没有锻炼身体的习惯,37.9%的老年妇女觉得自己的健康状况不好,过去1年来觉得自己健康状况恶化的占40.4%,30.5%处于肥胖状态,过去两年里患过重病者占43.2%,现在患有疾病者为82.1%,患病率居前3位的分别是高血压(31.6%),关节炎(22.1%),白内障、青光眼、癌症、痴呆、精神病各占9.5%。结论:少数民族地区老年妇女生活状况堪忧,患病率高,疾病控制水平较差。
