| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断胎儿心脏病的临床价值。方法:回顾性分析53例经彩色多普勒超声检查诊断为胎儿先天性心脏病的超声资料与随访结果,分析总结胎儿先天型心脏病的超声心动图特点。结果:产前超声诊断胎儿先天性心脏病53例,经引产尸体解剖证实26例,产后超声检查证实17例,误诊1例为房间隔缺损(ASD)。结论:彩色多普勒超声检查是诊断胎儿先天性心脏病(CHD)的可靠手段,为产前筛选先天性心脏畸形和指导干预的重要方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical diagnosis value of fetal congenital heart disease(CHD)by color doppler ultrasound.Methods:The date of 53 fetuses diagnosed as tetralogy of CHD by fetal color doppler echocardiography were reviewed and the abnomal echocardiographic features in various sonographic views were analyzed.Results:53 fetuses diagnosed as tetralogy of CHD by fetal color doppler echocardiography.Of those,26 cases were confirmed by autopsy and 17 cases were verified by postnatal echocardiography.1 fetuse with CHD misdialognosised(ASD).Conclusion:The Fetus Echocardiography is a consummate and reliable method for diagnosing fetal CHD.It has become an important method for prenatal screening CHD and for guiding interventional treatment. |
