子宫内膜异位症并不孕患者血清、腹腔液中8-iso-PGF2α、GSH-PX的表达

摘    要:目的:探讨氧化应激指标8-iso-PGF2α、GSH-PX在子宫内膜异位症并不孕发病机制中的表达及意义。方法:选取50例子宫内膜异位症并不孕患者作为内异症不孕组,并分为内异症不孕A组(内异症I、Ⅱ期)和内异症不孕B组(内异症Ⅲ、Ⅳ期);同时选择30例腹腔镜监护手术盆腔解剖正常患者作为对照组,检测两组患者血清、腹腔液中8-iso-PGF2α、GSH-PX水平。8-iso-PGF2α检测采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA法),GSH-PX测定采用化学比色法。结果:内异症不孕组8-iso-PGF2α血清中为(210.656±21.013)ng/ml、腹腔液中值为(42.23+4.316)ng/ml,二者较对照组表达量显著升高(P0.01);内异症不孕组GSH-PX血清值为(251.076±21.1)U、腹腔液值为(154.843±30.224)U,二者的表达量较对照组显著降低(P0.01)。内异症不孕B组与A组相比,B组的8-iso-PGF2α血清表达量(220.496±18.201)ng/ml、腹腔液表达量(45.257±2.84)ng/ml显著升高(P0.01);GSH-PX腹腔液表达量(137.543±26.36)U、血清表达量(240.382±16.977)U显著降低(P0.01)。结论:8-iso-PGF2α、GSH-PX在内异症不孕症发病机制中起重要作用,8-iso-PGF2α是评价内异症伴不孕症氧化应激最可行的生物标记。

Abstract:Objective:To study the expression of 8-iso-PGF2αand GSH-Px in blood serum and peritoneal fluid of endometriosis and infertility patients.Methods:The levels of 8-iso-PGF2α and GSH-Px in blood serum and peritoneal fluid(PF) were measured in 50 patients with endometriosis and infertility and 30 control patients.The group of endometriosis and infertility included group A(endometriosis stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ) and group B (endometriosis stage Ⅲ,Ⅳ).The level of 8-iso-PGF2α were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and GSH-Px by the chromatometry.Results:①The concentration of 8-iso-PGF2αin blood serum and PF with endometriosis and infertility group were(210.656±21.013)and(42.23+4.316)ng/ml.The concentration of GSH-Px in blood serum and peritoneal fluid with endometriosis and infertility group were(251.076±21.1)and(154.843+30.224)U.The concentration of 8-iso-PGF2αwere statistically higher and GSH-Px were statistically lower in endometriosis and infertility group (P<0.01).②The levels of 8-iso-PGF2αin blood serum (220.496±18.201)ng/ml] and PF with group B (45.257±2.84)ng/ml] were significantly increased (P<0.01).The levels of GSH-Px in blood serum (240.382±16.977)U] and PF (137.543±26.36)U] with group B(endometriosis stage Ⅲ,Ⅳ) were significantly dropped (P<0.01).Conclusion:①8-iso-PGF2α and GSH-PX are associated in the pathophysiology of endometriosis and infertility. ②8-iso-PGF2a is a reliable, sensitive and a specific biomarker of oxidative stress of endometriosis and infertility.
