早发型子痫前期两种治疗方法与妊娠结局比较

目的:比较早发型子痫前期两种期待治疗方法对妊娠结局的影响,探索便捷的治疗方法。方法:2008年7月～2009年12月期待治疗早发型子痫前期患者30例,随机分为研究组和对照组各15例。研究组每日硫酸镁10g,上午6h内用完,午休、夜间镇静,保证睡眠质量,必要时加用口服降压药。对照组按传统方法,每日硫酸镁25～30g,按每小时1～2g注入,镇静降压同研究组,不限口服,比较两组治疗效果及妊娠结局。结果:两组治疗后平均动脉压下降,尿蛋白减少,期待治疗时间、终止妊娠孕周、母儿并发症发生情况比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:减少硫酸镁给药剂量及用药时间,简化治疗操作,把保证睡眠作为重要治疗措施执行与传统治疗方法疗效相近。

Comparison of two kinds of therapies and pregnancy outcomes in patients with early onset preeclampsia

Objective:To compare the effects of two kinds of expectant management on pregnancy outcomes in patients with early onset preeclampsia,explore a convenient therapy.Methods:30 patients with early onset preeclampsia undergoing expectant management from July 2008 to December 2009 were divided into study group and control group randomly,15 patients in each group; the patients in study group were treated with magnesium sulfate (10 g once a day,within 6 hours of the morning),lunch break,night sedation in order to ensure the quality of sleep,added with oral antihypertensive agents if necessary; the patients in control group were treated with traditional method,25~30 g magnesium sulfate injection once a day with the speed of 1～2g per hour,night sedation in order to ensure the quality of sleep,added with antihypertensive agents if necessary,the clinical efficacy and pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the mean arterial pressure decreased,urine protein content decreased,there was no significant difference in time of expectant management,gestational weeks of pregnancy termination,incidences of complications of mothers and infants between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of reducing the dose of magnesium sulfate and administration time,simplifying treatment operations,ensuring sleep as an important therapy is similar to that of traditional treatment method.
