腹腔镜治疗巨大卵巢囊肿的疗效观察

目的:比较腹腔镜和开腹手术治疗巨大卵巢囊肿的临床疗效。方法:选择2006年3月～2009年12月行巨大卵巢囊肿手术的患者60例,分为腹腔镜组和开腹手术组对比观察其临床疗效。结果:腹腔镜组平均手术时间与开腹手术组差异无统计学意义(P0.05),腹腔镜组术中平均出血量少于开腹手术组,术后排气时间、排便时间、尿管留置时间、静脉抗生素使用时间、术后住院时间和总住院时间均短于开腹组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:在严格选择病例的前提下进行腹腔镜下巨大卵巢囊肿的手术,创伤小,术后恢复快,是治疗巨大卵巢囊肿较为适宜的手术方式。

Study on efficacy of laparoscopic treatment of large ovarian cysts

Objective:To compare the effects and the costs of laparoscopy and laparotomy in the operative treatment of large ovarian cysts.Methods:A total of 60 cases of large ovarian cyst from March,2006 to Dec,2009 were reviewed.They were divided into two groups:laparoscopy group and laparotomy group.Clinical curative effects were analyzed.Results:The average duration of operation had no difference between the two groups (P > 0.05).The mean blood loss,the recovery time including breaking wind's time and defecating time,the time of extubating urinary canal,the time of antibiotics use,and postoperative and total hospital stay time in laparoscopy group were significantly shorter than those in laparotomy group,there were no statistical significance (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopy can be applied in the operative treatment of large ovarian cysts on the well chosen patients,it has the advantages of less surgical trauma and quicker recovery.Laparoscopy is a better choice for large ovarian cysts.
