卡孕栓联合催产素预防剖宫产术后出血43例临床分析

目的:观察卡孕栓联合催产素预防剖宫产术后出血的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析该院2009年4～10月行剖宫产术的85例产妇的临床资料,遵照知情同意原则并按照数字表法所有产妇随机分为两组,对照组42例采用催产素预防术后出血,观察组43例采用卡孕栓联合催产素,比较两组的临床效果。结果:观察组的术后2h、24h出血量均明显少于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率为7.0%,对照组为7.1%,组间差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:卡孕栓联合催产素预防剖宫产术后出血临床效果更佳,且不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical analysis of Methyl carboprost suppositories and Oxytocin in preventing postoperative hemorrhage of cesarean section

Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of Methyl carboprost suppositories and Oxytocin in preventing postoperative hemorrhage of cesarean section.Methods:The clinical data of 85 parturient with cesarean section from April to October 2009 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed,with informed consent all parturient were divided into two groups by number table,42 cases in control group used Oxytocin to prevent postoperative hemorrhage of cesarean section,43 cases in observation group used Methyl carboprost suppositories and Oxytocin,the clinical results of the two groups were compared.Results:In the observation group,the blood loss of 2h,24h after cesarean section were significantly less than the control group,there were statistically significant differences between two groups (P<0.05). In the observation group,the adverse reaction rate was 7.0%,and the control group was 7.1%,there was no significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:Methyl carboprost suppositories and Oxytocin preventing postoperative hemorrhage of cesarean section has better clinical results and less adverse reaction,it is worthy of clinic application.
