HBV感染胎盘P-糖蛋白的表达及意义

目的:探讨P-糖蛋白在HBV感染胎盘组织中的表达及其意义。方法:选取HBV感染足月胎盘20例;选择无HBV感染足月胎盘20例作为正常对照组。实时荧光定量RT-PCR分别检测两组胎盘中MDR1mRNA的表达。蛋白免疫印迹法分别检测两组胎盘中P-糖蛋白的表达。结果:各组荧光定量PCR检测MDR1mRNA的相对表达量乙肝组为0.454±0.398,正常组0.086±0.099,两组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。蛋白免疫印迹法检测P-糖蛋白表达量乙肝组为0.406±0.303,正常组0.167±0.136,两组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.005)。结论:P-糖蛋白在HBV感染胎盘组织中表达升高,可能与乙型肝炎病毒感染有关。

Expression and significance of P-glycoprotein in HBV infected placenta

Objective:To explore the expression and significance of P-glycoprotein in HBV infected placenta.Methods:20 full-term HBV infected placental samples were selected as case group,20 full-term placental samples without HBV infection were selected as control group;the expressions of MDR1 mRNA in the two groups were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR;protein immunoblotting method was used to detect the expressions of P-glycoprotein in the two groups.Results:The expression levels of MDR1 mRNA in case group and control group were (0.454±0.398) and (0.086±0.099),respectively,there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.001);the expression levels of P-glycoprotein in case group and control group were (0.406±0.303) and (0.167±0.136),respectively,there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.005).Conclusion:The increase of P-glycoprotein expression in HBV infected placenta is related to HBV infection.
