93例足月新生儿高胆红素血症病因及临床分析

目的:了解新生儿高胆红素血症病因及临床特点。方法:对吉林大学第一医院2010年1～9月收住的93例足月高胆红素血症的新生儿进行回顾性分析。结果:①新生儿高胆红素血症的病因构成比依次为围生期因素27例(占29.03%)、母乳性黄疸及感染性疾病均23例(各占24.73%)、ABO溶血病11例(占11.83%)、原因不明5例(占5.38%)、肝炎3例(占3.22%)、甲状腺功能低下1例(占1.08%)。②7天内新生儿高胆红素血症以围产期因素和ABO溶血病为主,7天后则以母乳性黄疸为主。结论:①引起新生儿高胆红素血症的前4位病因依次为围生期因素、母乳性黄疸及感染性疾病、ABO溶血病。②新生儿高胆红素血症的病因随病程而异。

Etiological factors of 93 full-term newborns with hyperbilirubinemia

Objective:To evaluate neonatal causes of hyperbilirubinemia composition and clinical features. Methods:Analyzed 93 full-term newborns with hyperbilirubinemia in the First Hospital of Jilin University from Jan.2010 to Sept.2010 retrospectively. Results:①The constituent cause ratios of hyperbilirubinemia was perinatal factor,the mother's milk jaundice and the infectious disease,ABO hematolysis,hepatitis and other factors in proper sequence.Perinatal factor occupie the first place of the cause of diseases by 27 cases(29.03%),then the motherˊs milk jaundice and the infectious disease take up 23 cases(24.73%),ABO hematolysis taken up 11 cases(11.83%),for reasons unknown in 5 cases(5.38%),hepatitis occupie 3 cases(3.22%),low thyroid function taken up 1 cases(1.08%).②The perinatal factor and ABO hematolysis give priority to causing hyperbilirubinemia in the newborns within 7 days.While mother's milk jaundice occured with the newboms beyond 7 days. Conclusion:①The top four causes of hyperbilirubinemia are perinatal factor,the mother's milk jaundice and the infectious disease,ABO hematolysis in proper sequence.②The cause of hynperbilirubiemia varies with the course.
