超声造影剂灌注曲线斜率与流速相关性的初步研究

摘    要:目的探讨超声Flash-replenishment成像技术中超声造影剂灌注曲线斜率与流速的相关性。方法采用自制动力泵-超滤纤维系统模拟器官微循环血流动力学,建立微循环血流模型。连续输注20ml造影剂SonoVue(1∶3稀释),应用FR成像技术,分别测定微循环流速为0.25mm/s、0.5mm/s、1mm/s、2mm/s、4mm/s、8mm/s时造影剂的再灌注曲线斜率β,对β值与实际流速进行相关性分析。结果微循环流速为2~8mm/s时β值与实际流速相关性良好,r=0.97;微循环流速为0.25~1mm/s,二者相关性较差,r=0.44。结论微循环流速低于1mm/s以下时,造影剂再灌注曲线的β值与实际流速相关性差,故低流速状态下造影剂的灌注定量方法有待进一步研究。
