苦马豆果皮的化学成分

摘    要:目的分离、鉴定苦马豆 (SphaerophysasalsulaDC )果皮乙醇提取物中的化学成分。 方法利用硅胶柱色谱进行分离纯化 ,根据理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果得到 5个化合物 ,分别鉴定为 :4′ ,5 二羟基 3′ ,7 二甲氧基异黄酮 (orobol 7,3′ dimethylether ,Ⅰ )、2′ ,7 二羟基 3′ ,4′ 二甲氧基异黄烷 (Ⅱ )、山奈酚 ( 4′ ,5 ,7 三羟基黄酮醇 ,Ⅲ )、β 谷甾醇 (Ⅳ )、胡萝卜苷 (Ⅴ )。 结论化合物Ⅰ、Ⅲ为该属植物中首次分得

Abstract:Objective To elucidate the structures of the constituents from the 95% ethanol( w =0 95)extract of the pericarp of Sphaerophysa salsula DC.Methods The solvent extraction together with column chromatography was used for isolation of chemical consitituents; and physico chemical characters and spectroscopic evidences were employed for structural identification.Result Five compounds were isolated,and identified as 4′,5 dihydroxy 3′,7 dimethoxyisoflavone (orobol 7,3′ dimethyl ether,Ⅰ),2′,7 dihydroxy 3′,4′ dimethoxyisoflavan (Ⅱ),kaempferol (Ⅲ), β sitosterol (Ⅳ) and daucosterol (Ⅴ).Conclusion CompoundsⅠ,Ⅲ are isolated from Sphaerophysa genus for the first time.
