| 摘 要： | 目的利用巩膜隧道亚大切口摘除Ⅳ级核和V级核白内障.方法对155例(160眼)老年性、并发性白内障用巩膜隧道亚大切口摘除硬核白内障,植入人工晶体.结果裸眼视力术后第1天为0.1～0.6,平均0.3,≥0.3者68眼.占42.5%.术后1周平均视力为0.6(0.3～1.0),其中≥0.5者121眼,占75.6%.结论巩膜隧道亚大切口摘除硬核白内障是一种安全,效果良好的手术方法,适合在基层医院推广.

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate therapeutic effects of intracapsular extraction of hard cataract through sublittle tunnel incision. Methods:155 cases (160 eyes) of senile cataract and complicated cataract received the treatment of intracapsalar extraction. Intracular lens insertion through sublittle tunnel incision. Results: After the first day of operation naked vision was 0.3 or better in 42.5% of eyes;Naked vision after one week of operation was 0.5 or better in 75.6% of eyes. Conclusion: The intracapsular extraction of hard cataract through sublittle tunnel incision is safe and good, especially fits in the basic level hospital. |
