| 摘 要： | 目的探讨上皮钙黏附素和粘着斑激酶在大肠癌发生、发展中的作用.方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测了12例正常大肠黏膜,28例大肠腺瘤及49例大肠癌组织的E-cad.和FAK表达情况.结果大肠癌E-cad.膜表达缺失率显著高于正常大肠黏膜和大肠腺瘤(P＜0.01).大肠癌FAK胞浆阳性率显著高于大肠腺瘤和正常大肠黏膜(P＜0.01).E-cad.膜表达缺失、FAK表达与大肠癌的浸润程度、淋巴结转移和Dukes分期等因素有关.结论E-cad.膜表达缺失、FAK表达可能与大肠癌的侵袭和转移有关.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the role of E-cadherin and FAK in the carcinogenesis and progression of colorectal carcinoma.Methods Expression of FAK and E-cadherin was examined immunohistochemically in 12 cases of normal colorectal mucosa, 28 cases of colorectal adenoma, 49 cases of colorectal carcinoma.Results The rate of the reduced membranous expression of E-cadherin in colorectal carcinoma was significantly higher than that in the colorectal adenoma and normal colorectal epithelium(P<001). The rate of FAK expression in colorectal carcinoma was significantly higher than that in the colorectal adenoma and the normal colorectal epithelium (P<0.01) .FAK expression and the reduced membranous expression of E-cadherin was associated with degree of soakage,lymph node metastasis and Dukes stage.Conclusion The reduced membranous expression of E-cadherin and FAK expression might be related to the invasion and metastasis of colorectal carcinoma. |
