经腹部三维超声在绝经后子宫出血诊断中的应用

【目的】探讨经腹部三维超声（3D-TAS）诊断绝经后子宫出血的临床应用价值。【方法】178例绝经后子宫出血病人均行经腹部二维超声（2D-TAS）和3D-TAS检查，两种检查结果分别与手术病理结果对照分析，评价2D-TAS和3D-TAS的敏感性和准确性。【结果】3D-TAS在诊断绝经后子宫出血的敏感性、特异性、准确性方面高于2D-TAS，两者诊断准确性比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。【结论】3D-TAS对绝经后子宫出血的诊断具有明确的临床应用价值。

Clinical Study of Three-dimensional Trans-abdominal Sonography in the Diagnosis of Postmenopausal Uterine Bleeding

Objective] To explore the diagnostic value of three-dimensional trans-abdominal sonography （3D-TAS） for postmenopausal uterine bleeding. Methods]A total of 178 patients with postmenopausal uterine bleeding were examined by 3D-TAS and 2D-TAS, and the findings of ultrasound were compared with pathologic results from surgery, and were analyzed to assess the sensitivity and accuracy of 3D-TAS and 2D-TAS. Results]The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of 3D-TAS were higher than those of 2D-TAS. The diagnostic accuracy was significantly different between the two groups （ P〈0.05）. Conclusion]3D-TAS has clinical value for the diagnosis of postmenopausal uterine bleeding.
