中药循经敷贴法预防哮喘作用的血清药理学研究

目的：通过血清药理学研究方法，探讨中药循经敷贴法预防哮喘的作用。方法：把造模豚鼠随机分为对照组、中药治疗组、氨茶碱敷贴组、氨茶碱注射组，分别敷贴生理盐水、中药、氨茶碱，以及腹腔注射氨茶碱。用药7d后取血清，观察用血清处理后的豚鼠离体气管条受氯化乙酰胆碱（Ach）诱发的收缩情况。以收缩百分比为疗效评判指标。结果：治疗组与模型组有显著性差异。结论：中药循经敷贴法具有预防哮喘作用。

Serologic Pharmacological Study on Herbal Penetration along Meridians Therapy for Preventing Asthma

Objective:Serologic pharmacological test was used to study the effect of herbal penetration along meridians therapy to prevent asthma.Methods:Asthmatic model guinea pigs were divided into 4 groups randomly,model control group,herbal treatment group,ainophyline application group and ainophyline injection group,which applied by 0.9% NaCl,herbal powder, ainophyline respectively.Ainophyline injection group was injected by abdomen.Got serum after 7 days.The effect of the serum to resist tracheal spiral strips constriction induced by Ach were observed.Score up the constriction rate as target.Results:The rates of treatment group were higher significantly than that of control group.Conclusion:Herbal penetration along meridians therapy has the effect of preventing asthma.
