RP-HPLC法测定复方中风康复片中盐酸麻黄碱的含量

目的 建立反相高效液相色谱法测定复方中风康复片中盐酸麻黄碱的含量.方法 采用Shimadzu Class-VP-ODS C18色谱柱,流动相:乙腈-0.1％磷酸-0.1％三乙胺溶液(3∶97∶0.2)；流速:1 mL·min1;检测波长:210 nm；柱温:室温.结果 盐酸麻黄碱含量浓度在10.0～120.0 μg·mL-1范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9996)；平均回收率为99.2％,RSD为0.7％.结论 此法操作简单,重复性好,结果准确,为复方中风康复片的质量控制提供了参考.

Determination of Ephedrine Hydrochloride in Fufang Zhongfengkangfu Tablets by RP-HPLC

Objective To establish a RP-HPLC method for determination of the content of ephedrine hydrochloride in Fufang Zhongfengkangfu Tablets.Methods HPLC analysis was carried out by using Shimadzu Class-VP-ODS C18 column and the mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid-0.1% triethylamine(3∶97∶0.2);the flow rate was 1 mL·min-1,the detection wavelength was set at 210 nm,and the column temperature was room temperature.Results The calibration curves for Ephedrine Hydrochloride was linear over the rang of 10.0~120.0 μg·mL-1(r=0.9996),and the average recovery was 99.2%,and RSD was 0.7%.Conclusion The method is sensitive,simple,accurate,and specific,which was feasible for the quality control of Fufang Zhongfengkangfu Tablets.
