扶正解毒汤对镍电解工人体内脂质过氧化的保护作用

摘    要:目的研究从事镍电解工人体内镍负荷与自由基代谢变化的关系,并用扶正解毒汤干预体内脂质过氧化作用。方法自2010年7月—2011年7月,以100名镍电解作业人员为接触组,以80名无镍接触的健康人作为非接触组,分别测定两组人员血清中镍含量作为体内负荷;同时测定接触组服用扶正解毒汤1个月后血清中镍、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)的水平。结果镍作业组血清中MDA含量明显升高;SOD活力、GSH含量明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P0.01),服用扶正解毒汤后镍、MDA含量明显下降;SOD活力、GSH含量明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),结论镍具有增加体内脂质过氧化产物、降低机体抗氧化能力的作用;扶正解毒汤对体内脂质过氧化有明显的保护作用。

Abstract:Objective]To study the relationship between nickel load in vivo and free radical metabolism changes,and intervene the lipid peroxidation in vivo with Fuzheng Jiedu decoction.Methods] A total of 100 electrolytic nickel workers were selected as exposure group and 80 healthy people without nickel exposure as non-exposure group from July 2010-July 2011.Their serum nickel contents were determined as body burden.And the serum nickel,malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione(GSH) levels of exposure group were simultaneously determined after administration of Fuzheng Jiedu decoction for 1 month.Results]The serum MDA content was significantly increased,SOD activity and GSH content were decreased significantly in exposure group,the differences were significant(P<0.01).After administration of Fuzheng Jiedu decoction,nickel and MDA contents were significantly decreased,SOD activity and GSH content were significantly increased,the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion]Nickel can increase lipid peroxidation products in vivo and reduce the antioxidant capacity.Fuzheng Jiedu decoction possesses an obviously protective effect on lipid peroxidation in vivo.
