| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨2型糖尿病患者血清铁蛋白检测的临床意义。方法：对100例2型糖尿病患者以及75例健康体检者分别测定空腹血糖（FBG）、餐后2h血糖（PBG）、空腹胰岛素（FINS）、血清铁蛋白（SF）和糖化血红蛋白（HbA1C）。结果：实验组与对照组相比,具有较高的FBG、PBG、HbA1C、SF,差异具有显著性（P〈0.01）;胰岛素抵抗指数（HOMA-IR）明显升高（P〈0.01）;实验组的FINS高于对照组,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论：2型糖尿病患者体内铁贮备增多;铁超负荷导致胰岛素抵抗;测定血清铁蛋白可以预测糖尿病代谢控制程度。
