| 摘 要： | 目的探讨麻风患者白内障的危险因素。方法对204例麻风治愈后留院者逐一进行白内障检查,同时调查13个可能危险因素的变量,然后使用Logistic回归单因素与多因素分析方法确定危险因素。结果204例麻风愈后留院者中,发现白内障病例73例,患病率35.8%。多因素分析表明年龄与使用糖皮质激素为麻风患者白内障的危险因素,同时II型麻风反应也与麻风患者白内障有一定程度关联。结论年龄、使用糖皮质激素和II型麻风反应与麻风患者白内障的发病相关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To determine the risk factor of cataract among leprosy patients. Methods: Two hundred and four leprosy inpatients were screened for cataract and 13 risk factors were collected. The data was analyzed with logistic regression model. Results: Cataract was found in 75 patients (35.78%). The multivariate analysis found age and corticosteroid use were the independent risk-factors. The type-2 reaction was also related to the occurrence of cataract. Conclusion : The age, corticosteroid use and type-2 reaction may play an important role in the occurrence of cataract among leprosy patients. |
