| 摘 要： | 目的观察中西医结合治疗椎动脉型颈稚病(cervical spondylotic vertebral artenopathy,CSA)的临床疗效。方法对62例CAS患者,采用中药桃花四物汤加减联合奥扎格雷钠静脉滴注治疗,14天为一疗程。结果 62例患者中,临床治愈41例,显效9例,好转7例,无效5例,总有效率91.9%。结论中西医结合治疗CAS疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the Integrated Treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical juvenile disease （cervical spondylotic vertebral artenopathy, CSA） of clinical efficacy. Methods 62 patients with CAS were treated with traditional Chinese medicine peach Modified Decoction combined ozagrel infusion therapy as a treatment for 14 days. Results 62 patients, the clinical cure in 41 cases, markedly effective in 9 cases, 7 cases improved, 5 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 91.9%. Conclusion Integrative Medicine CAS results were satisfactory. |
