宫腔镜手术对老年妇女电解质、血糖、C反应蛋白的影响分析

目的：研究宫腔镜手术对老年患者生理机能的影响,指导临床上对宫腔镜的老年病人的合理应用,避免手术并发症的发生。方法：选择30例老年患者,A SA分级为I～Ⅱ级,行择期宫腔镜手术,于术前、术毕分别采静脉血测定血清钠、氯、钾、C反应蛋白（CRP）及血糖等指标,结果应用SPSS 13.0统计软件进行分析。结果：术后血清钠、钾、氯、血糖较术前无明显差异,C反应蛋白（CRP）有显著性升高（P〈0.05）。结论：对于无严重系统疾病、估计手术简单的老年患者,手术时间短,安全系数高,可在门诊治疗,不需住院,可明显减轻患者经济负担;可考虑在宫腔镜术后动态监测CRP,了解发生术后感染时CRP的特点,为早期诊断术后感染提供依据。

Effect of hysteroscopic surgery on physiological function in gerontal patients

0bjective To study the effect of hysteroscopic surgery on physiological function in gerontal patient,so as to guide reasonable application on gerontal patients in clinic,and avoid complication.Methods Thirty gerontal patients of ASA I～Ⅱ were enrolled in our study,no emergency hysteroscopic surgery.Serum sodium,potassium,chloride,glucose concentrations and C reactive protein were measured before,at the end of operation respectively.Data was analyzed by APSS 13.0.Results There was a significant step up in serum C reactive protein after operation（P0.05）,but no obvious difference in serum sodium,potassium,chloride,glucose concentrations.Conclusion Hysteroscopic surgery could develop in out-patient clinic to gerontal patient with no severe disease,because operation time is short and safe with less financial burden.Dynamic state of C reactive protein could be carried out postoperatively,which could assist early diagnosis of postoperative infection.
