上海市临床医学中心绩效评估

目的：建立科学、合理、可行的评估指标体系和评估方案,对上海市临床医学中心进行综合考核评估,为卫生局跟踪以及指导、制定临床医学中心发展规划和进行临床医学中心建设情况和决策提供依据。方法：①指标体系的构建和制定具体调查表；②数据的收集、分析阶段；③数据质量的质控；④评估的统计方法；⑤综合评估方法。结果：指标体系从结构和产出两大方面反映绩效成果,经评估,得出经建设后综合整体水平、科研水平较强的临床中心和中心结构有所改善,为卫生局指导临床医学中心建设情况和决策提供依据。

Review of Performance Evaluation of Clinical Medical Centers in Shanghai

Objective:To set up scientific and reasonable evaluation index system and project to evaluate Shanghai clinical medical centers and provide references of making out the plan to construct clinical medical centers.Meth- ods:Set up the index system,collect and analyze the data,control the data quality,and evaluate the statistics methods and results.Results:The index system included two parts:structure and output.With the index system, we evaluated the Shanghai clinical medical centers and found out that after construction,the general lever and sci- entific research lever of clinical centers would be improved.
