喜炎平注射液致27例不良反应文献分析

目的:探讨喜注射液致不良反应的一般规律及特点,为临床合理用药提供参考.方法:对国内医药期刊报道的27例喜炎平注射液不良反应病例进行分类统计分析.结果:喜炎平注射液所致不良反应与性别无关,多发生于<10岁年龄组,其出现时间多发生于用药后的前30 min内.不良反应临床主要表现为变态反应和肠痉挛.结论:临床医师、药师应了解喜炎平注射液所致不良反应的规律和特点,加强其应用的监测,以减少不良反应的发生.

Literature Analysis about Adverse Reactions to Xiyanping Injection in 27 Case

Objective: To explore the general pattern and characteristics of adverse drug reactions(ADR) induced by Xiyanping injection so as to provide references for clinical rational drug use.Methods: A statistical analysis was conducted on 27 Ganyanlin injection-induced ADR cases reported in domestic medical journals.Results: ADRs of TMP were independent of patient's sex,and mostly occurred in the <10 group.They usually occurred in the first 30 minutes after taking the drug.Clinical manifestations of ADRs were simple,mainly were toxic and allergic reactions.Conclusion: Doctors and pharmacists should know the pattern and characteristics of ADRs,and the use of Xiyanping injection should be under strict monitoring to reduce the occurrence of serious ADRs.
