5例髋臼周围骨肿瘤的综合保肢治疗

目的 探讨髋臼周围骨肿瘤保肢治疗的临床疗效.方法 5例髋臼周围骨肿瘤患者均行肿瘤刮除 骨水泥钢板填充 人工髋关节置换手术.术前DSA介入行肿瘤局部灌注化疗加供血靶动脉栓塞;术后均行辅助化疗.结果 5例患者均随访,随访时间7～48个月,平均21个月.1例软骨肉瘤复发转移,其余4例术后功能评分为优2例,良1例,可1例;优良率为75%.结论 肿瘤刮除 骨水泥钢板填充 人工髋关节置换手术治疗髋臼周围肿瘤疗效好.

Leg Salvage Surgery for the Treatment of Pelvic Bone Tumors Around Acetabulum

Objective To research the result of the leg salvage surgery for the treatment of pelvic bone tumors around aeetabulum. Methods All patients were reconstructed with total hip replacement after curettage of tumor and cemented with reconstructive plate. Besides the giant cell tumor patient, the chemotherapy of the local intra- arterial infusion and embolization pre - operatively and adjuvant chemotherapy postoperatively were used. Results All the patient were followed up, ranging from 7 months to 49 months, averaging 21 months. One patient with chondrosarcoma relapsed and metastased. In the rest, the results were excellent in 2 cases, good in 1 case, poor in 1 cases according to the criteria of Fan Jing - yu, fineness ratio 75 %. Conclusion This way is an effective treatment for pelvic bone tumors around acetabulum.
