格列喹酮滴丸及其片剂在体外的溶出度比较

摘    要:目的比较自制格列喹酮滴丸和市售片剂的体外释放特性。方法参考《中国药典》2005年版方法,进行自制滴丸和片剂的溶出度试验,结合紫外-分光光度法求算累积溶出百分率。结果滴丸在45 m in时的累积溶出百分率为95.29%,市售片剂为90.36%,两制剂的T50和Td有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论自制滴丸溶出快于片剂,且更完全。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate Gliquidone release in vitro of the self-made dropping pill and commercial tablet.METHODS The dissolution experiments of dropping pill and tablet were carried out according to experimental condition of dissolution rate test of China Pharmacopoeia(2005 version)by UV spectrophotometry.RESULTS The accumulated drug dissolution of Gliquidone dropping pill reached 95.29% at 45 min while the tablet was 90.36%.T50,Td of the two preparations showed significant difference(P<0.01).CONCLUSION The dropping pill was superior in the dissolution rate than that of tablet,which was worthy of further research and developing.
