摘    要:目的:研究四氢帕马汀(THP)对大鼠海马缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法:利用结扎颈总动脉造成大鼠急性脑缺血再灌注模型,观察THP对大鼠海马缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。结果:THP能使脑缺血再灌注过程中海马组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力(P<0.01)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSHPx)活力明显升高(P<0.05),脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)明显下降(P<0.01);同时使细胞膜上Na^ -K^ -ATP酶和Ca^2 -Mg^2 -ATP酶活力升高(P<0.05)。结论:THP对脑缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用。

Abstract:Objective: To study the protective effects of tetrahydropalmatine (THP) against ischemia-reperfusion induced hippocamp lesion in rats. MethodS: A model of ischemia-reperfusion induced brain lesion was set up by ligation of common carotid arteria in rats, and the protective effects of THP was observed. Results: It was found that, with administration of THP, the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSHPx) and Na , K -ATPase as well as Ca 2 -ATPase were increased (P<0.05, respectively), while malondialehyde (MDA) was decreased to 42.5% (P<0.01) during brain ischemia-reperfusion. Conclusion:The results suggested that THP can protect the rat against ischemia-reperfusion induced brain lesion.
